The latest NEC specifications are implemented for both operator and maintenance personnel protection and safety. PLC outputs are fused and all machine wiring is pulled with new wire numbers for future ease of troubleshooting. Above all, there is documentation supplied including the PLC program and hardwiring schematics.

A new panel layout and logical control progression lends itself to increased operator productivity. LCD timers are utilized on all panels decreasing the physical panel size and allowing for more flexibility and control of the process variables. R.W.Hale and Associates is continually updating the panel package to incorporate the latest in customer input. At R.W.Hale and Associates we incorporate what has been working for you.

The reliability of today's electronics gives a remanufactured machine more reliability and enhances your bottom line. Purchase a used machine and you get someone else's problems.
